SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship within the United States from Porter Ranch, California.

PROCESSING

Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. During launches or unusually high-volume periods, processing can take slightly longer.

RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Standard shipping is $8, or free on orders of $70 or more. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after processing.

Express shipping is $15. Express delivery is estimated at 1–2 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other events outside our control.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations after purchase.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking has not updated, your package arrives damaged, or you believe it was misdelivered, email hello@vylist.ai with your order number and photos when applicable. We will help investigate with the carrier. Vylist is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will work with you on documented shipping issues.
