Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL

Every Vylist item is one-of-one and pre-owned unless the product page says otherwise. Please review all photos, measurements, condition notes, and disclosed flaws before purchasing.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, sizing, color variation between screens, or normal signs of wear. Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.

ORDER ISSUES

If you receive the wrong item or an item that is materially different from its product description, email hello@vylist.ai within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not send an item back without written authorization.

If we confirm an eligible order issue, we will provide instructions and cover the approved return shipping cost. Because our items are one-of-one, a replacement might not be available; in that case, we will issue the appropriate refund after the returned item is received and inspected.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
